Here at Break 'N Bash, LLC we provide a controlled environment for you to constructively blow off steam and enjoy a new and creative form of recreational stress relief. Here you can destruct and destroy our things and have fun doing it. The best part is you get to leave the clean up to us! Choose a package, schedule your session, sign the necessary forms, get geared up, choose a tool and "HAVE A SMASHING TIME!!"

(Appointments must be scheduled using our booking calendar. We suggest scheduling at least 3 days in advance to guarantee session availability)
*Participants must be at least 13 years old.
**Each session is 20 minutes. Time begins after five minutes of entering Break Rooms.
